ANUP HIMATSINGKA (Chairman)
He is one of the key men behind the growth of the company and he always ensures that the Accounts, Taxation and Other compliances are being updated and available on time. The funds planned as per requirement and liquidity position of the company are always taken care of and the funds are always properly utilized. The Audit, other tools and system that track the performance and assist the management in the analysis of profitability and asset position of the company are taken care of by him well on time.
NITESH HIMATSINGKA (Managing Director)
He looks into the strategic decision marketing and sales, brand promotions and new projects with cutting edge technology. He is the prime mover and torch bearer of the group. The Managing Director of the company with his exposure, experience, commitment and clarity of objective has brought the company and team in this coveted situation in little over a decade. The company is a passion for him and that motivates others to give their best. He has the vision to look to the distant future. He is endowed with that rare quality of being consistent.
KUSUM HIMATSINGKA (Director)
The team effort and efficiency of Aadarsh Group are very well managed and balanced by Kusum Himatsingka.She is heading the HR and Admin function. Her key role is to have competent and adequate manpower and keeping track for recruitment, role change, promotion and increment and also she maintains and engineers HR system. Aadarsh group has grown only with proper planning and execution in HR function and proper discipline in the work place.
MOHIT DOKANIA (CEO)
A Commerce Graduate from a reputed college, he joined the group for bolstering the transition to a professionally managed outfit. He is responsible for the entire “operation” of the group. He assists the Managing Director with the Business Development activity.
VIVEK HIMATSINGKA (CFO)
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and responsible for the entire Finance, Accounts and Banking function of the group. Aadarsh group is a diversified entity embracing various types of business. Each has its own complications and ramifications. He controls the above functions with great efficiency. Managing these functions under the changing environment on a day basis needs intricate knowledge and execution capability.
